1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Restaurant", "User", "you") and HashCodeLab, operating the LetsMenu platform ("LetsMenu", "we", "our", "us").
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law.
If you are using LetsMenu on behalf of a company or restaurant, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information while registering and to keep your information updated.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
- Prevent unauthorized access to your account.
- Notify LetsMenu immediately of any security breach.
- Remain responsible for all activities performed using your account.
4. LetsMenu Services
LetsMenu provides a cloud-based restaurant menu management platform that may include:
- Digital restaurant menus.
- NFC-enabled table standees.
- QR code menu access.
- Restaurant administration dashboard.
- Menu management tools.
- Analytics and reporting.
- Restaurant profile pages.
- Customer engagement features.
We may add, remove or modify platform features from time to time to improve the service.
5. Subscription Plans
Certain LetsMenu features require an active subscription.
Subscription plans, pricing, included features and billing cycles are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every month.
- Annual subscriptions are billed once per year.
- Subscriptions remain active until cancelled or terminated.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of services.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through authorised payment gateway providers.
All prices displayed on LetsMenu are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Applicable taxes may be charged separately where required.
- Invoices are generated electronically.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring successful payment.
- Payment gateway charges, if applicable, are borne as indicated during checkout.
7. Hardware Orders (NFC Standees)
LetsMenu may supply NFC-enabled standees, QR standees or other physical products for use with the platform.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on manufacturing, courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers must verify artwork before printing.
- Minor colour variations during printing are normal.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Risk transfers upon successful delivery.
- Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered unless expressly stated under warranty.
8. Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurant owners remain solely responsible for all content published through LetsMenu.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Menu prices
- Food descriptions
- Images
- Allergen information
- Nutritional information
- Availability of dishes
- GST information
- Restaurant contact details
- Business licences where legally required
LetsMenu does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information displayed through the platform.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of all menu content, photographs, logos, trademarks and other material uploaded by you.
By uploading content to LetsMenu, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display such content solely for operating and improving the LetsMenu platform.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to upload such content.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LetsMenu for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
You must not:
- Upload illegal content.
- Upload malicious software.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.
- Circumvent security mechanisms.
- Use automated scraping tools without written permission.
- Interfere with other users.
- Reverse engineer our software except where permitted by law.
- Use LetsMenu to violate any applicable law.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
11. Availability of Service
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, LetsMenu does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption.
Scheduled maintenance, software upgrades, server failures, internet outages or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time.
12. Software Updates
LetsMenu continually improves its software.
New features, security updates, interface improvements and performance enhancements may be introduced without prior notice.
Certain features may also be retired where necessary.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in LetsMenu belong to HashCodeLab.
This includes:
- Software
- Website design
- User interface
- Graphics
- Icons
- Logos
- Source code
- Documentation
- Brand names
- Design elements
Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
14. Trademark Usage
The names "LetsMenu", associated logos and branding are trademarks or proprietary assets of HashCodeLab.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
15. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after activation of services.
Refund requests, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
Custom manufactured NFC standees, printed products and personalised items are generally not eligible for refund once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.
16. Cancellation
Customers may cancel future subscription renewals through their account or by contacting LetsMenu support.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made.
Unless otherwise specified, services remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
17. Suspension and Termination
LetsMenu may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent activity.
- Abuse platform resources.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
- Pose security risks.
- Violate applicable laws.
Termination may result in loss of access to dashboard features and hosted content after any applicable retention period.
18. Data Ownership
Restaurant owners remain the owners of the content they upload.
LetsMenu owns the underlying software platform, infrastructure, analytics engine, website design and related technology.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
LetsMenu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LetsMenu disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that:
- The platform will operate without interruption.
- The platform will always be error-free.
- All defects will be corrected immediately.
- The service will meet every customer's requirements.
- The platform will always be compatible with every device or browser.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, HashCodeLab and LetsMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of revenue.
- Loss of profits.
- Business interruption.
- Loss of customers.
- Loss of goodwill.
- Loss of business opportunities.
- Loss of data.
- Errors in restaurant information supplied by customers.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to LetsMenu during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
21. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HashCodeLab, LetsMenu, its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the platform.
- Your restaurant content.
- Your violation of applicable laws.
- Your infringement of intellectual property rights.
22. Force Majeure
LetsMenu shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Floods.
- Earthquakes.
- Fire.
- War.
- Terrorist acts.
- Pandemics.
- Government actions.
- Internet outages.
- Power failures.
- Cyber attacks.
- Failure of third-party service providers.
23. Assignment
LetsMenu may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of business.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on LetsMenu, constitute the complete agreement between you and LetsMenu relating to your use of the platform.
26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction at Jalandhar, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the LetsMenu platform.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of LetsMenu after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
